Meet Brian Reuille!
Meet Brian Reuille (pronounced “Roy”), who has run the collator at Wise’s Ft. Wayne plant for 44 years. “I started when I was eight,” he laughs. “The child labor laws were a lot different back then.”
While others moved from job to job, Brian stayed for the flexibility Wise gave him to coach his children’s many sports teams and for the love of a job that never stops. “There’s always product coming off the end of a collator,” he says. “Box it, palletize it, get ready for the next. With a press, there’s downtime. But I always need something to do.”
Off the clock, Brian is busier still: weekend camping, house projects for his aging parents, and running multiple golf leagues. One of them, a group that includes his sons, has made the same four-day trip to Gull Lake, Michigan, every summer for 32 years.
One of his proudest moments? A hole in one. But another golfer aced the same hole. “So neither of us got a skin, because we knocked each other out,” he laughs.
Thanks for making Wise your career, Brian!
