The chemicals involved in processing conventional printing plates can be detrimental to the environment. In line with our commitment to sustainability, our Fort Wayne facility has already adopted processless plates, and our other plants are in the process of doing the same. This move not only ensures top-notch print quality but also aligns with our responsibility to preserve our planet.

HP 6K Digital Label Press: Reducing Waste, Enhancing Efficiency 

Our recent investment in the cutting-edge HP 6K Digital Label Press marks another stride toward sustainability. Unlike traditional analog processes, this advanced technology requires no makeready, eliminating the waste of ink and paper associated with traditional setups. By enabling shorter print runs and on-demand printing, the HP 6K Digital Label Press ensures that you only print what you need when you need it. This not only minimizes waste but also reduces the likelihood of inventory becoming obsolete and discarded.

The HP 6K Digital Label Press was also manufactured in a carbon-neutral way. This means that the environmental impact of producing this state-of-the-art technology has been offset, reinforcing our dedication to responsible manufacturing practices.
