Bill joined Wise in 1980 and became President/CEO in 1993. Prior to becoming President/CEO, he held the position of Executive Vice President. Prior to 1993, he initiated the startup of the Indiana operation in 1981 as well as the Georgia operation in 1985, both as the General Manager. Bill’s primary focus concentrates on the strategic direction of Wise. His passion is on creating a vision that grows the business profitably while building customer relationships and providing a great place to work for all associates. He graduated from Duke University with a BS in Business in 1980.
JEFF PRETTYMANExecutive Vice President / Director of Marketing
Jeff joined Wise in October of 1981 and is currently Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing. He has held numerous positions including Indiana Plant General Manager and Director of Business Development. Currently, he oversees marketing and is responsible for setting strategic initiatives and implementing their tactical action items. He is also responsible for all facets of new product research, development, and implementation.
BOB SAUNDERSVice President of Sales
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University – Ohio. He brings to Wise more than 24 years’ experience with public, private and startup operations. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cenveo’s EFL (envelopes, forms and labels) business unit responsible for managing 10 brands and over $1 billion in revenue. Previous to Cenveo, Bob was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Printegra Corporation. In this position, he led; all sales efforts including managing many of the “C” level relationships with the company’s major accounts, brand development and related budgetary initiatives.
MARK WELLSCorporate Controller
Mark is a graduate of Georgia State University and is an active and licensed CPA in the State of Georgia. He brings to Wise 25 years of proven financial management experience, most of which has been as Controller in recognized regional and national organizations such as Mitsubishi’s manufacturing subsidiary, Atlanta Precision Molding, Tyco Valves and Controls and Toshiba Business Solutions.
MARC PICARDODirector of Information Technologies
Marc joined Wise in 2003 as Manager of Systems Development. In 2005, Marc was promoted to Director of Information Technologies. He was previously a manager at Accenture where he managed and developed various web and non-web based applications for Fortune 500 companies. Marc has a B.B.A in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
H.T. SMITHGeneral Manager - Alpharetta, GA.
H. T. joined Wise in September 2007 and assumed the role of General Manager on January 4, 2010. H.T. has 35 years in the forms and printing industry. Having been with Poser Business Forms for more than 13 years, rising to Director of Sales, he was involved in growing the company’s plant size from 5 to 14. He served for 10 years as Vice President/General Manager at DSI Forms, Inc. in Florida and he owned his own printing franchise business for several years. H.T. has a B. S. degree from The University of Alabama with a major in Operations/Industrial Management and minors in accounting and computer science.
SALLY SPURRGeneral Manager - Ft. Wayne, IN
Sally joined Wise in June 2006. Her educational background consists of two Associate Degrees from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Design and Effectiveness. Sally, a Six Sigma Master, brings to Wise over 18 years of broad ranging and highly successful experience. She formerly held the positions of Operations Manager with Avery Dennison and Manufacturing Manager with General Cable.
MAC MCNEELYGeneral Manager - Butler, PA
In October 2015, Mac rejoined Wise as the General Manager in Butler, PA. He previously worked for Wise as a Production Manager in the South Carolina facility. He has more than fifteen years of experience in marketing, forms and labels. His other print experience includes positions at Cox Communications, CFC Print Solutions, and Advanced Labelworx. He spent the last five years as an Operations Manager at Michelin tire. Mac graduated with a B.S. degree in Communication with a concentration in Advertising from Pensacola Christian College.
GERRY NADEAUGeneral Manager - Portland, ME
Gerry Nadeau has over 35 years of experience in the printing industry and 32 years with our Portland location. He started as a web press operator in 1983 for Twin City Printery in Lewiston, Maine. In 1986, he started working at Maine Printing/EPX, which was later acquired by Wise. He was promoted to Facility Maintenance Manager in 2000 performing preventive maintenance on our equipment and repairing our equipment due to his strong knowledge of electrical, electronics and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. In 2011, Gerry became the Production Manager of the Portland plant. Since April of 2017, Gerry has been leading the Portland Plant continuing to improve productivity through his leadership.
