Q: Who is Wise?
A: Wise was founded in 1969 as a trade manufacturer of business forms. The company is privately owned by Bill Prettyman, nephew of the founder, David Wise. A: Wise is based in Alpharetta, GA and operates five manufacturing plants located in Alpharetta, GA; Buter, PA; Ft. Wayne, IN; Portland, ME; and Anderson, SC.

A: Send the order to Wise at the plant contact information above, or you can send to the Apex customer service team of Orietta Peraza or Mary Sheptock as they are staying on to assist with the transition. Wise will acknowledge, manufacture, and invoice the order.

A: Wise will do our best to mitigate any changes to pricing and follow the pricing methodology used by Apex.

Q: Will there be composition charges on my jobs?
A: Wise will follow the Apex Color traditional composition rates.
Q: Will my product and packaging look the same?
A: The product will be similar or better. The packaging will also be similar. The labels will look a little different but contain the same information.
Q: What are the standard delivery and proof turn times?
A: Standard delivery is 10-15 working days on short- to medium-run orders; proof turn times are 1-2 days.
Q: Does Wise sell through Distributors or Direct?
A: Wise is a trade manufacturer servicing the print reseller.
Q: Will the Apex Color plant continue operating after we close the acquisition?
A: No
